Decathlon Delayed My Order and Refund Blaming Cargo Company
I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from Decathlon. I bought some items on July 27, but unfortunately, they didn't arrive by the promised date of August 5. Decathlon refused to take responsibility and instead shifted the blame onto the cargo company, causing a delay in my refund until August 24. They claimed there was a fabricated return process. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, as I was left waiting for weeks without any resolution. Given Decathlon's esteemed global standing, the subpar management of sales and shipping is simply not up to par and will inevitably result in the loss of numerous devoted customers.
