On October 31, 2025, I purchased an Albastar fishing rod set (Product Code: 8927357) from the Decathlon store at Konya Kent Plaza Mall. When I used the product for the first time on the same day, the rod broke in half while casting the line, even though I did not apply excessive force. There was no impact, drop, or misuse involved — the issue occurred during normal use.
When purchasing the product, no information was provided regarding warranty, and I have since misplaced the receipt. I also tried contacting customer service, but was unable to reach them.
I am requesting that the product be repaired. If repair is not possible, I would like a refund instead. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
