Deborah Lipsticks Sold Opened With Bad Smell

I purchased two Deborah brand lipsticks yesterday from the Watsons store located in Akasya Shopping Center, Istanbul. While I was still inside the store, I checked the products and noticed that both lipsticks had clearly been opened before and had an unpleasant, rancid-oil-like smell. The tester lipsticks in the store did not have this smell, which led me to think that the products I purchased might be spoiled or defective. When I informed the store staff about the situation, the store manager told me that this smell was “normal for such lipsticks” and refused my request for a refund or exchange, even though I had not yet left the store and had not used the products. I was directed to customer service, but despite calling for hours, I was unable to reach anyone, which further increased my dissatisfaction and caused a serious disruption to my shopping experience. I kindly request that Deborah urgently review this issue regarding the quality and reliability of the products sold under its brand and provide a refund or replacement for the two defective lipsticks I purchased from Watsons Akasya. I would appreciate it if I could be informed as soon as possible about the result and the steps to be taken to resolve this issue.
