₹4500 UPI Deposit Not Credited By TashanWin Game

I made a deposit of ₹4500 to the Tasanwin Game platform using PhonePe UPI on 23 January 2026. The UPI transaction was successful, the amount was debited from my bank account, and I have a valid UTR and the order reference RC2026012322203858129972b linked to my UID 4862950 on their platform. However, despite the payment being successful on my side, the deposit has still not been credited to my Tasanwin Game account. I contacted TashanWin support and shared that the UPI was successful, along with the proof, but I only received automated replies such as “please wait while we are checking” and “it will be prioritized.” Even after this, there has been no resolution, and my ₹4500 remains uncredited. I request that my ₹4500 deposit made via PhonePe on 23 January 2026 be immediately verified and credited to my Tasanwin Game account associated with UID 4862950, or the full amount be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
