Daikin Delays Conditioner Repair Service for Weeks


I've been trying to place an order for the past two weeks, but it's just not happening. All they did was take down my complaint and said someone would hit me up later today. But nobody has called or asked about it. It's so crazy that in this day and age, a big company like Daikin can't even make it easy to order stuff on their website. LOL, can you believe Daikin Istanbul can't even handle this issue? It's crazy to think that a big company like that can't even figure out how to help their customers or give decent customer service. They're not keeping their promises and not following up, which shows they don't care about making customers happy. I can't even order anything or get any help, why are you even in the business then??
