Daikin Sensira 12000 BTU/h Order Cancelled

On 15.07.2014, I bought the Daikin FTXN35LV1B9 model air conditioner thinking it was the best in the market, paying more than the products sold by other companies according to the conditions of that day. My only thought was that I would not have any problems because I bought the product of the best brand in the market, so I was comfortable and accepted the price difference. At first, everything was great, the air conditioner was cooling very well and working very quietly. But the happiness was short-lived. When the warranty period ended, a nightmare started for me. The air conditioner constantly runs out of gas and I pay for it by filling it with gas and the next summer I will use the air conditioner completely and the gas runs out again. At first, the service said it was from the entrance of the outdoor unit, when I repeated it a few times, the indoor and outdoor units were tested for a long time in the service, nothing was found. Finally, the pipes in between were changed and they said it was ok, but the problem occurred again at the beginning of this summer and I paid ₺1500 for filling the gas. The dates I can remember are 15.07.2017, 21.06.2018, 17.07.2021, 20.06.2024. Apart from these, there are dates I have pressed gas. Always hoping that the problem would go away, it has been 10 years and my troubles continue. The air conditioner I use in another room, which belongs to a local company, works at least, although it is noisy. My bad luck is that I have come across a problematic product of a 100-year-old company and I cannot use the product comfortably due to these problems. I wrote this complaint to the company 3 times, but they got back to me today and said that they can direct service for a fee. I said that I do not need them for this and that I can try to have it done myself for a fee and refused.
