Daikin AC Delivery Fiasco

I had an odd experience with Daikin customer service. Their representatives appear to either not know the names of Turkey's 81 provinces or are intentionally mispronouncing them to be offensive. Despite the fact that I live in Kirklareli, several customer service representatives from the same company have consistently pronounced it as 'kiriklar-eli,' which translates to 'broken people' in slang. Do they intend to offend city dwellers by calling them 'broken,' or is the company hiring people who haven't even finished elementary school? After all, province names are taught in primary school. It's frustrating and perplexing that a customer service team can't get such basic information correct.
