Dacia Sandero Stepway Extreme Missing Advertised Features

I bought a Dacia Sandero Stepway Extreme model automobile over the phone from Cihan Oto in Ankara, without seeing it in person. However, when I received the vehicle, I noticed that it came with carpeted floor mats rather than the highly detailed Extreme design rubber front and rear mats that were represented on websites, in brochures, and on the equipment list.
I phoned the sales representative at the dealership where I acquired the automobile, who informed me that it came from the manufacturer that way and that there was nothing he could do. I immediately called Dacia customer service and asked for the correct floor mats. After about three weeks, they responded, informing me that the mats I received were the originals and that they could give the floor mat set stated as standard in the options list for an extra cost.
This circumstance may cause consumers considering purchasing a car based on their trust in the Dacia brand to hesitate. Because if you have a problem with your car in the future, it may not be covered by warranty and may involve a procedure that differs from what is described in the brochure. You may be charged an extra cost to remedy the issue.
