No Helmet, Gloves Despite CycleGear Tracking Number Says Shipped

My order from Cyclegear – helmet, gloves was shipped. Website said it shipped, even got a tracking number. Except, FedEx had no record of that package ever hitting their system. contacted Cyclegear to figure out what was going on. their answers were about as clear as mud. One minute they say it's shipped, the next they're "looking into it." Somehow I managed to get a refund. But honestly it's not just about the money – it's about the principle of the thing. Don't tell me something's shipped if it's not even close to leaving the building! As a customer, that's a major red flag. I wouldn't trust them to ship a flat tire, let alone gear that keeps me safe on the road.
