Your customer service is giving me vague responses, like they were reading from a script…Isn’t it my right to ask questions about the helmet I ordered? the crucial safety gear I need with new tires still not shipped! Look, competitive prices are great, but without a friendly customer service, you can’t survive. when it takes longer than two weeks to get a helmet that's a major problem. Safe to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Maybe next time I'll find a company that values both speed and customer satisfaction – you know, the two things you actually want when you order new things! Just send my order and believe me I won’t be calling you again like you wish.
