Cybex Aton5 Bassinet Missing Buckle

We purchased your Cybex brand Aton5 model bassinet, car seat, and Mios brand stroller from your Opera Ataşehir branch, which your sales representative couldn't praise enough in terms of service and usability. Since we were told to bring the box to Opera Ataşehir/Suadiye and have it assembled during the transition from the baby carrier to the stroller, we came to your Suadiye branch with the box last month, but there was no belt buckle in the box, which was delivered to us by your Ataşehir branch and was never opened by us. We have been filing a request for about 2 months to resolve our grievance regarding this issue. We have been trying to reach you, but we are persistently asked to purchase the part for ₺1,500 regarding this issue, which is not our fault. In short, we are being asked to pay again due to the delivery of missing parts for a product that we have already paid for, and unfortunately, this is called robbery.
