On March 1, 2026, at 14:01, I noticed in my Akbank account activity that a transaction of $8 had been charged to my bank card linked to my Akbank account on behalf of YDS CV Maker without my knowledge or consent.
Previously, I had only created a membership on YDS CV Maker, but I never entered any card or payment information and did not purchase any paid service. I also did not give any mobile approval through Akbank, nor did I receive any service from YDS CV Maker for this amount.
Despite this, money was withdrawn from my card without authorization and without my explicit approval, which I do not accept.
I request that YDS CV Maker immediately refund the unauthorized $8 charge, cancel my membership without delay, and provide written confirmation that all card or bank information that may be stored in their systems has been completely deleted.
Otherwise, I state that I will pursue my legal rights through the appropriate legal channels.
