On August 3, CV Maker withdrew ₺378 from my Akbank account without my knowledge or approval. When I checked my payment details, I found a reference number (000344506) linked to the transaction. At no point did I receive any prior notification, confirmation request, or consent prompt for this payment.
Immediately after noticing the charge, I attempted to contact the company to clarify the situation. However, I received no response or acknowledgment from CV Maker. This was a completely unauthorized transaction, and I do not accept any charges made without my explicit approval.
I demand the immediate reversal of this ₺378 withdrawal and the prompt resolution of my complaint. CV Maker must also provide a written confirmation that no further unauthorized deductions will be made from my account.
