CV Maker Unauthorized ₺149 Charge And Refund Request

In August 2024, I made a one-time payment on CV Maker to create a CV. However, without my knowledge or approval, on September 2, 2025, I noticed in my VakıfBank World credit card statement that ₺149 had been withdrawn. I was never informed about any subscription or automatic renewal, nor did I give consent for such a transaction at the time of purchase. The email address linked to my CV Maker account is k******@gmail.com**.

I have already canceled the membership through the website, but due to this unauthorized charge, I am demanding a full refund of the ₺149 taken from my card. In addition, I request that all my saved card information be permanently deleted from your system to prevent any future unauthorized payments.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I do not want it to happen again. I expect an urgent response, a refund, and confirmation that my payment details have been completely removed. Customers must be protected from unauthorized charges and given clear notice before any billing.
