CV Maker Charged Me Twice for a One-Time Service — How to Get a Refund

I made a one-time payment through CV Maker to create a résumé. However, on September 30, 2025 and November 3, 2025, two separate payments of $8 each were withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank card. I only intended to use the service once and never requested any subscription or recurring payment.

I can see the payment reference codes in my card transaction records. I tried to reach CV Maker’s customer service via email regarding this issue but have not received any response.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of my account or any related membership.
