My transaction email address was a*************@gmail.com, and I contacted them through g************@icloud.com. When I asked about the charge via email, the only response I received was “rejected, goodbye,” without any proper explanation. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a company handling personal and financial information. I never saved my card details on the site, yet money was withdrawn again. My account shows no active subscription, and I never signed up for one. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I have the digital slip from my bank to prove the charge. I urgently demand a full refund of the unauthorized 399,99₺ charge, deletion of my card details from your system, and an official explanation regarding the rude and dismissive response I received. I also request guarantees that no further unauthorized charges will be made. I am writing from Antalya/Alanya and expect an immediate resolution.
