At no point was I informed that failing to cancel within 14 days would result in an automatic upgrade to a Premium membership with a charge of ₺749. I did not authorize or confirm any such upgrade, yet on November 14, 2024, my card was charged ₺749. This unexpected withdrawal felt unfair and left me feeling let down by the lack of transparency. I trusted the site for a straightforward service, not to encounter hidden fees. I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized amount and better communication from the company to prevent this from happening to others.
