Cryzen Crypto Wallet-bot Withdrawal Issue
I have been using the Cryzen trading bot on Telegram from Czechia, and at the beginning of March, I requested a withdrawal of my funds in the amount of 11,000 dollars. Since that date, the money has been blocked, and the withdrawal status has remained only as “in process”, without any clarification or completion. Before this incident, I had successfully withdrawn funds from Cryzen several times and never had any problems, which makes this sudden issue, without any change on my side, very worrying and frustrating, given the amount involved. For about a month, I have been writing every day to Cryzen support via Telegram, but I have not received any response or explanation, and my funds are still not available to me. I have no information about what kind of “process” is allegedly ongoing or why the withdrawal is not being completed. I request that my 11,000 dollars be released immediately and that my withdrawal be processed without any further delay. In addition, I expect a clear written explanation as to why my funds were blocked and why all my previous messages and attempts to contact support were ignored.
