Unable To Verify The CEX.IO Account And Access My Asset

I have been having a serious verification problem with my CEX.IO account for a long time, and it is preventing me from accessing my own funds. I started facing this issue a few years ago, when I was in Hong Kong and could not access CEX.IO properly, so I was unable to complete the verification process at that time. Because of this, my account has remained unverified for years. Recently, yesterday, I was finally able to access CEX.IO again and tried once more to complete the verification. However, the system still does not allow me to verify my account and does not clearly explain the reason or show me how to resolve it. I am stuck in a loop where I keep trying to verify, but it never gets completed, and I am not given a clear explanation. At the moment, I have approximately 14,000 USD locked in my CEX.IO account that I cannot use or withdraw because my verification is not accepted. I have tried to reach CEX.IO customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which makes the situation even more stressful and worrying for me. In this situation, I request that my account be manually reviewed and verified so that I can regain access to my funds, or that an alternative solution be offered that allows me to safely withdraw my balance. I ask CEX.IO to urgently contact me, clearly explain what is blocking my verification, and resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can access the 14,000 USD in my account.
