MEXC Support Silent After Account Block

My account on the MEXC exchange was blocked today without any explanation, and I currently cannot access the approximately $18,000 balance in my account. Because of this restriction, I am unable to trade, withdraw funds, or use my account normally.
I submitted a complaint through the system regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, nor has any reason been provided for why my account was blocked. This uncertainty is causing me serious financial and emotional distress.
I request that the block on my account be lifted immediately, that I be able to resume trading and withdrawals as before, and that I be given a clear explanation regarding the reason for this action.
