Bybit iOS App Locked My Account After Verification Code Error – 800 USDT Stuck

I attempted to withdraw cryptocurrency through the Bybit mobile iOS app using my account linked to the number 0543****710. Although I repeatedly entered the email verification code correctly, the system failed to accept it. After several attempts, my account was locked for 24 hours.

Currently, I have approximately 800 USDT in my account that I cannot withdraw because of this lock. My KYC verification and all other security steps are fully completed. There are no issues with my internet connection or device.

This is the first time I have faced such a problem, and I have not yet been able to reach customer service. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that my withdrawal access is restored immediately to prevent further inconvenience.
