In 2022, I purchased approximately 40,000 CRO coins on the Crypto.com exchange, and my account also held around 250 USDT. I hadn’t logged into my account for quite some time, but when I tried to log in today, I received the following SMS:
“[Crypto.com App Login Attempt] You cannot access the App at this time. Please contact Customer Support if you have questions. B043.”
After contacting Crypto.com customer support, I was informed that my account had been automatically closed due to inactivity and could not be reopened. However, they provided no explanation or solution regarding the CRO coins and USDT balance that were in my account.
Before the closure, I never received any warning or notification about this situation. My registered email address was Ho***********@gmail.com**, and my account was fully verified and active, with no pending KYC or agreement issues.
I’m requesting that Crypto.com return my assets — either my 40,000 CRO coins or their equivalent value in USDT — by transferring them to another exchange account of my choice. I’m seeking an urgent resolution, as these funds were long-term investments and should not simply disappear due to inactivity.
