Crypto.com has put a hold on $36,000 of my funds in my Defi Wallet. In order to lift the obstruction, they are requesting an extra $16,000.
I contacted customer service at Crypto.com for help, but every representative I spoke with provided me with conflicting information. I've already put down $500 to sort out the problem, but they just keep throwing new demands at me to let go of my money.
I really need my money right away and I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of clear and consistent information from Crypto.com.
I kindly ask Crypto.com to promptly release my funds and grant me access to my money. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me.
