Crypto.com Account Termination Complaint


I've been a loyal user on your crypto.com exchange for five years and recently completed the account verification process with utmost security. Unfortunately, I received a message informing me that I am unable to become a customer of yours. The message was sent to my personal and registered email address (umikail****@gmail.com). They didn't give any explanation for this decision. If you fail to provide a satisfactory explanation, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against your licensing authority and Consumer Court. Best regards
