I am Currently Unable to Log into the BTCturk Application
I am currently unable to log into the BTCturk application or website due to not receiving the email confirmation code. I was instructed to change my email address, but this process involves numerous procedures. If your confirmation codes are not reaching my current email address, there seems to be an issue on your end. I use my email regularly, and I receive promotional emails from you, so why aren't the confirmation codes coming through? Why am I being burdened to resolve an issue that is clearly on your end? I have no interest in defining a different email address. The problem is yours, and you should fix it. I cannot access my account, and I am filing an official complaint. Take note.
