Crypto.com Terminated My Account

I have been a registered user of your exchange for five years and have successfully completed the account verification process securely. However, I received a message at my registered email address stating that I can no longer be your customer.
No explanation has been provided regarding this matter. If a reasonable explanation is not given, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with your licensing authority and the Consumer Court.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly. Thank you.
