Crypto.com Closed My Accounts and Seized My Funds – No Response for 6 Months

I used Crypto.com for about 4 years, actively selling NFTs. As my business grew, I needed more accounts, so I created additional ones. The platform only required an email and phone number for registration, so I proceeded and transferred funds into the new account. However, I soon realized that buying and selling wasn’t possible without full registration.

I contacted Crypto.com support, and they informed me that one person cannot have multiple accounts. However, I was never asked for identity verification during signup, so I didn’t knowingly violate any rules. They decided to close my new account without returning my funds. Later, they also shut down my 4-year-old account without warning, claiming a policy violation.

I repeatedly requested the return of my funds (around $1,000), but they keep telling me to "wait." It has been 6 months, and support barely responds—when they do, they simply say, "You are no longer eligible for assistance."

Crypto.com has effectively seized my money, and I am preparing for legal action. Return my funds immediately! This platform is an absolute disappointment.
