I purchased the Crocs Echo Clog model, and the plastic screws that connect the strap to the shoe are uncomfortable and hit my foot. This issue isn't noticeable during the first try-on, but after wearing them for a while, they cause serious deformation in my feet. The company claims there is no manufacturing defect, but I find this hard to believe.
