Creality Ender 3 V3 CoreXZ Develops Sensor Error After 9 Days
On May 7, 2026, I purchased a Creality Ender 3 V3 CoreXZ 3D printer through the Teknoklik store on Trendyol. I was only able to use the product normally for nine days before the device began displaying a sensor error. I then submitted a return request through Trendyol, and the product was delivered back to the store.
However, even though the product has already reached the store, I have not received any response or seen any action taken so far, with the store citing an “inspection” as the reason for the delay. When I contacted the store through Trendyol, they simply told me that I could follow the process through the platform and provided no further assistance. I was also informed that the inspection period has been extended until June 24.
For a product that developed a malfunction after such a short period of use, such a long and uncertain inspection process is unacceptable. My order number is #11211145743. Because the product malfunctioned so quickly and the store has shown little interest in resolving the issue, I no longer want to shop from this store and request a full refund for the product.
