Coursiv blocked my login after I changed email, how can I recover my old learning data?

If changing your email caused access blockage, immediately contact Coursiv Support via their support portal at support.coursiv.io and explain your situation, providing both the old and new email addresses and payment proof.

Also email [email protected] with your details and request that they merge/restore your learning data under the new email.
