Unauthorized Monthly Subscription After Trial on Costext
On the night of December 17, I purchased only a 1-day trial from the Costext website. However, the very next day, on December 18, I was automatically charged for a monthly package without my knowledge or consent. Even though I only intended to use the one-day trial, €45.98 was charged to my account without my authorization.
The payment was made using my Ziraat Bank credit card, and the receipt shows the amount as €45.98. The order details include “Order code: P6942c33be4b024e36d5ed6ed,” and it states that the charge would appear on my statement as “celltracks.net*.” My account shows that the membership is valid until January 18, 2026. However, I did not knowingly or willingly purchase this monthly plan, and I have not used it afterward.
I contacted Costext customer service via email, but I have not received any response so far. I am requesting a full refund of the €45.98 monthly subscription fee that I did not approve and the cancellation of this subscription.
