First, try to cancel directly on their site using the unsubscribe/cancel page or your account settings, because Costext states that subscriptions must be manually stopped or they keep auto-renewing.

If that doesn’t work (which some users report), check where you signed up—like Google Play or Apple subscriptions—and cancel it there, since some subscriptions are managed through your app store account.

Act quickly with your bank by blocking the merchant and requesting a chargeback, because complaints show people continue getting charged even after trying to cancel.
