Costext Subscription Charged Me Without My Consent

I discovered that unauthorized transactions were made on my Akbank credit card ending in 9086 through a platform called Costext without my knowledge or consent. A total of 2,058.90 TRY (approximately $64) was charged—9.90 TRY (about $0) on February 28 and 2,049 TRY (approximately $63) around 1:00 PM on March 1. I did not approve this subscription, I was not notified in any way, and I do not accept these transactions.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Akbank. The bank only stated that I could request a refund after their review process. I also tried reaching out to Costext, but I received no response, and the subscription that was started without my consent has not been canceled, nor have I received any assistance.

I am requesting a full refund of the $64 charged to my credit card without my authorization and that this Costext subscription, which was initiated without my knowledge, be immediately canceled.
