Costext Charged Me €44.95 Without Consent and Only Partially Refunded

On December 24, I noticed while reviewing my account activity that a membership fee of €44.95 had been charged to my İş Bankası card ending in 6355 by a website called Costext.com without my knowledge or consent. I did not knowingly sign up for any membership on this site.

As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted Costext.com. Following our communication, they canceled my membership, but they only refunded half of the charged amount and kept the remaining balance. I believe that a charge made without my authorization should be fully refunded, not partially.

I am requesting that the full €44.95 membership fee that was charged without my consent be completely refunded by Costext.com.
