Cosette Sold Me Fake Bags and Refused to Issue a Refund
Buying two bags from Cosette, I trusted their assertions of offering real luxury goods at cheap rates. Observing discrepancies in hardware and stitching, I made the decision to have both bags verified by a respectable outside third-party company. Disappointingly, both turned out to be counterfeit. When I got in touch Cosette right away, she informed me I had to send the bags back for confirmation using their "approved" authentication process. Cosette's service consistently deemed both bags real and returned them to me. I went to a well-known premium authenticator in Sydney in search of more clarity and once more proved they were fakes. Cosette declines to provide a refund despite all the proof, thereby leaving me with two useless bags.
