I bought a Givenchy Antigona purse from Cosette earlier this year, believing their boast of offering real premium items at lowered rates. Having heard mounting worries about fake goods the company sells, I chose to check the bag using a respectable authentication service. To my dismay, the bag was verified as phoney. Even more startling was the bag included a "authenticity certificate" from an unidentified third-party service Cosette recommended, which today seems absolutely untrustworthy. Since then, Cosette has been approached for a refund; unfortunately, I have encountered delays and evasive responses. Having spent hundreds on what I thought to be a real designer item just to be misled is rather annoying. Shopping with Cosette should make buyers very careful.
