Corsair K55 RGB Pro Keyboard: Faulty Keys, No Support

I'm peeved with my Corsair K55 RGB Pro keyboard and wanted to rant about it. November 2022 was when I made the purchase, and December 2022 was when I first used the keyboard. Some of the keys became quite stiff and difficult to push after a few months of use. This really hindered my performance in competitive games, where precise keypresses were crucial.
No matter how often I oiled and cleaned the keys, they still wouldn't work. Still, I had to use a lot of pressure to hit the keys, and it was frustrating when they didn't respond at all. Also, ever since I got the keyboard, I've observed that the media keys (play/pause, stop, next track, previous track) are really stiff and hard to press. However, I didn't give it much thought because I rarely use those keys.
I opted to get the keyboard repaired by Corsair's approved service center in Turkey (Penta) since the issue was influencing my gaming performance. Because the keyboard was still under warranty, I had faith that they would fix it.
Nevertheless, the service center returned the keyboard to me a few weeks later with a statement stating that they did not find any problems. The issue seemed obvious, thus I was dissatisfied by the response.
I opted to send an email to Corsair, detailing the problem and requesting a new keyboard, to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, Corsair informed me that they cannot offer service due to my residence in Turkey.
Corsair's lack of help has been extremely frustrating for me. That keyboard was a major investment, and it's completely useless today. Please, Corsair, either replace the keyboard or give me my money back.
