Corsair HS80 Wireless Headset Internal Component Breaks Under Normal Use
After using my Corsair HS80 Wireless Gaming Headset—purchased from İtopya on March 16—for about two months under normal conditions, an internal component suddenly broke around May 16. The product was never dropped, bumped, or subjected to any impact; this issue occurred strictly during normal use.
Following this issue, I contacted both İtopya and their designated authorized service center, Boğaziçi Bilgisayar Teknoloji. Although I requested that the product be evaluated under warranty and repaired or replaced free of charge as a defective item, I was quoted a $115 replacement fee. I refuse to pay such a high fee for a replacement when the product is still under warranty and the breakage was not due to user error.
I demand that both İtopya and Boğaziçi Bilgisayar Teknoloji process my headset under warranty as a defective product and provide a free repair or replacement without demanding any fees.
