Corsair HS80 Ear Pads Fall Apart in 7 Months , Warranty Denied




I bought Corsair HS80 headphones from sinerji.gen.tr seven months ago (on 11/2023). Even though I only used them for about 2 to 3 hours a day, the ear pads fell apart on their own. I contacted Sinerji, and they asked me to reach out to Penta Teknoloji. I explained my issue to Penta and sent them the invoice, but they still wanted the serial number. I shared the number on the box with them, and their reply was exactly this: "The number you provided is the model number. If you think there's a fault with the product, please return it through the store you purchased it from. The ear pads are not covered by warranty." The product has deformed on its own. There's no user error involved. I’m not asking for a replacement; I just want the deformation issue resolved. Before shopping with such companies and brands, check the Şikayetvar site. The outcome can be disappointing.
