I purchased a QCY HT12 wireless headset from İstech İletişim by placing my order on December 18 and receiving the product on December 21. Although the headset initially worked properly, I later began experiencing a serious sound imbalance between the two earbuds. The left earbud consistently produces noticeably lower volume than the right one in all situations, including listening to music, watching videos, and making phone calls.
Because of this issue, I tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting the headset, cleaning the ear tips and mesh, changing the ear tips, and testing the headset on different devices. Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the problem. I then sent the product in for repair, and it was returned to me marked as repaired. While the headset worked correctly on the first day after the repair, the same issue reappeared shortly afterward, with the left earbud once again producing significantly lower sound than the right.
Since this problem continues despite all my efforts and even after a repair attempt, I have lost confidence in the product and do not want to deal with repeated repairs. I am requesting that my QCY HT12 headset be returned and that I receive a full refund for the amount I paid.
