Corendon Airline's Price Discrepancy Issue

I purchased a flight ticket from Corendon and needed to modify the date and destination. The customer representative insisted on a price difference of ₺6500, which exceeded the cost of my original ticket. Upon visiting their website, I noticed that the price was ₺4300. I reached out to the customer representative once again and had a conversation with the familiar individual. Unfortunately, I was met with a discourteous demeanor and choice of words. When purchasing tickets from Corendon Airlines, it is advisable to carefully consider your decision. Unfortunately, there is no available alternative that offers a prompt response.

I purchased the ticket through your website. The fee you charge for changing the direction and date is different on your website compared to what your customer representative said; there is a difference of over 2,000. I guess I couldn't explain my problem to you. Additionally, I found a ticket from another airline at a cheaper price than what I would pay you. The price quoted by your customer representative is very different from the price on your website. I think you should find a solution to this. You do not inspire confidence in people. Why should I pay again for a change (when I found a ticket from another company for the same day at a cheaper price)?

I purchased my ticket through your website. The fee for changing the direction and date of my flight quoted on your website differs significantly from what your customer service representative quoted me, with a difference of over ₺2000. I don't think I've made myself clear. Additionally, I've found a ticket with another airline for a better price than what you’re asking me to pay for the change. The price difference between what your website and your customer service representative quoted is huge. This needs to be addressed. You are not instilling confidence in your customers. Why should I pay extra for a change when there is no trust, especially when I can find a cheaper ticket with another airline for the same day?
