The customer representative insisted on a price difference of ₺6500, which exceeded the cost of my original ticket. Upon visiting their website, I noticed that the price was ₺4300. I reached out to the customer representative once again and had a conversation with the familiar individual. Unfortunately, I was met with a discourteous demeanor and choice of words. When purchasing tickets from Corendon Airlines, it is advisable to carefully consider your decision. Unfortunately, there is no available alternative that offers a prompt response.

I purchased the ticket through your website. The fee you charge for changing the direction and date is different on your website compared to what your customer representative said; there is a difference of over 2,000. I guess I couldn't explain my problem to you. Additionally, I found a ticket from another airline at a cheaper price than what I would pay you. The price quoted by your customer representative is very different from the price on your website. I think you should find a solution to this. You do not inspire confidence in people. Why should I pay again for a change (when I found a ticket from another company for the same day at a cheaper price)?
