SD04 Corby Drone Propeller Fails and Endangers Lives! Demand for Replacement
SD04 Model Corby Drone failed on second use. A device with a properly maintained battery; Used as instructed and only flown twice. It didn't crash or receive any impact. One of the propellers is not working and the device cannot fly. Corby Drone brand distributor and service TT Teknoloji A.Ş. talked with to customer service. It was informed that remote connection to the device could not be made. Redirected to service. Based on the phone call, the product was sent for inspection. However, without my consent and my knowledge, the engine was changed by performing a service operation. I conveyed that I would not accept it in this way, that I demanded change. The relevant representative asked me to test the repaired product in a suitable area first. I tested it as seen in the video. The device turned upside down, shattered and damaged. Out of control Corby Drone could come and harm our children and ourselves. They endangered the safety of our children and ourselves. Corby Drone TT Technology Inc. I called customer service and explained the situation. They said that they reviewed the video with the authorities, that they have all the parts, that if I send the product back to the service, it will be repaired and my grievance will be resolved. I refused and requested to exchange the product with a new one. They refused my request on the grounds that the relevant model was not in stock. They say that they have delivered Polosmart and Corby Drones branded products to 10 million people on platforms such as chain stores, e-commerce and marketplaces. Saying that it offers over a thousand products to consumers with the principle of "High quality technology products should not cost a fortune", this is an unbecoming move for TT Teknoloji. The quality of a brand is revealed not in sales, but in after-sales support and customer service. We condemn this approach that puts our children and us at risk and disregards consumer safety. We want the product to be replaced with a new one and our grievances to be eliminated.
