On our first use, despite following the technical details in the user manual, such as remote control calibration, and using the drone in a village with a crowd and low signal, the drone flew away. Even though the remote control batteries even though it's full, the remote buttons didn't work at all. Despite all our searches, we couldn't find the drone. I called customer service and they said they'd send the remote to us and see if we could. I sent it back with the entire box, and the next day, they said there was no problem with the remote, and the service ticket with reference ID 05959 was closed. So, explain why the drone flew away, why none of the handles, the recall button, or the autopilot button worked. I'll say, "Let's just use it for a bit." My child's disappointment on the first use was very frustrating. There are complaints, and everyone is reporting the same problem. I want my grievances resolved and a replacement. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and all official authorities.
