Unable to Return Columbia Delta Ridge Jacket Due to Policy Miscommunication
On November 10, 2024, at 16:24, I purchased the Columbia WK0440 Delta Ridge II Long Down Jacket. Despite the tags remaining intact, I noticed feathers coming out of the jacket. On November 17, 2024, at 11:00, I went to the store to return it within seven days of purchase. However, I was told that I could only exchange it or send it for inspection, and even then, a refund wouldn’t be possible.
The staff claimed it was the 8th day, but I clearly returned within the 7-day policy window. Additionally, during the purchase, I was told by a representative that the return window was 2 months. This inconsistency in policy communication is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this defective product. Please address this issue promptly.
