I bought a jacket from their Maltepe Park store, and after only three weeks, it started pilling badly. This is completely unacceptable for a product from a brand like Columbia, which is supposed to be known for its quality and durability.
Their after-sales service is absolutely non-existent, and they're refusing to issue a refund. When I tried to return the defective jacket to the store, they told me to "select a new one online" and it would be shipped to me. I wasted so much time trying to find a replacement in stock at various stores, but I couldn't find anything. To add insult to injury, I then discovered that refunds aren't even part of their policy for defective products! This is a complete scam.
Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Provide me with a full refund for this defective jacket! Your policy of forcing customers to accept a replacement for a faulty product, while denying refunds and providing zero support, is disgraceful. Stop selling low-quality items and stand behind your products and customers.
