My Columbia T-Shirt Return Is Lost in Limbo
I bought a t-shirt from a Columbia store a few weeks ago, and it was stained right out of the box. I immediately requested a return or exchange and sent it back to Columbia with a return code on May 25th.
However, it's now been 17 business days, and I've received absolutely no communication from b****@gozalan.com.tr, or anyone else at Columbia. They haven't confirmed if the product was even received, nor have they responded to any of my previous emails. This is completely unacceptable for a brand of Columbia's size and reputation. My product issue remains unresolved, and the complete lack of communication is incredibly disappointing.
Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Provide me with an urgent update on my return: confirm receipt of the t-shirt, share the inspection results, and tell me the current status of the process. Stop leaving your customers in the dark and demonstrate some basic customer service. I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating ordeal.
