My Columbia Jacket Filling Clumped After One Wash

I bought a jacket from a Columbia store, and despite strictly following the washing instructions, the insulation inside completely clumped up. This is utterly unacceptable! I returned it to the store for inspection, and they had the audacity to reject my claim, blaming me for the defect.
It's infuriating to pay a substantial amount of money for a jacket only for it to become misshapen and unwearable after a single wash. This isn't user error; it's a clear sign of poor quality materials or manufacturing. To be told to "go to Consumer Court" is a shocking display of zero customer satisfaction. Columbia is refusing to stand behind its own product, forcing me to take legal action.
My trust in Columbia is completely shattered. Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. This jacket is defective, and I demand a full refund or a replacement that is actually built to last. I will fight for my rights until the very end, as this blatant disregard for product quality and customer support is disgraceful.
