My Columbia T-Shirt Logo Peeled After One Wash
I bought an original Columbia t-shirt from a store, and after just one wash, a part of the logo or writing on it completely peeled off. This is completely unacceptable for an authentic product!
When I took the shirt back to the store, customer service refused to even send it for inspection. They told me I could only submit my complaint in writing. My main issue isn't with the overall quality of the shirt, but the fact that the faded writing makes my genuine Columbia t-shirt look like a cheap knock-off. This is incredibly frustrating and embarrassing.
Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Reapply the writing on my t-shirt or provide a replacement that won't fall apart after a single wash. Your refusal to inspect a clearly defective product and forcing customers through a convoluted complaint process is disgraceful. Stand behind the quality of your brand and resolve this issue promptly!
