My Columbia Jacket Started Pilling After 20 Days—Still No Response from Store

I bought a Columbia jacket from the Torium store at the beginning of February. After only about 20 days of light use, I noticed pilling around the left shoulder and along the stitching on the left arm. For a brand that promotes durability and premium quality, this kind of wear in such a short time is completely unacceptable.
I returned the jacket to the store for inspection, expecting a timely response and a resolution. But it's been weeks, and I haven’t received any update. No follow-up, no explanation—nothing.
Columbia, where is your customer service? I paid ₺ for a product I thought would last through multiple seasons, not break down in less than a month. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Either refund me or replace the defective jacket—I will not accept being ignored.
