On January 30, 2025, I bought a fleece jacket for my spouse, and after only 2-3 months of wear, the plush fabric started to pill and deteriorate badly. We followed all the washing instructions precisely, so there's no excuse for this rapid wear and tear.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Columbia, which is supposed to be known for its durability and quality. We paid good money for this jacket, expecting it to last far longer than a couple of months. The fact that it's already deforming and looking worn out so quickly is a clear sign of poor manufacturing or substandard materials.
Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. I demand that you thoroughly inspect this defective jacket and take appropriate action, whether it's a replacement or a full refund. Stop selling products that can't withstand even minimal wear, and stand behind the quality your brand advertises. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating issue.
